1. Subscription Overview

   The WandBot subscription grants access to exclusive, token-gated Telegram channels for one month from the purchase date.

   The base subscription fee is $500, with dynamic pricing that may vary.

   You may be eligible for discounts when using valid referral links issued through our official platform. Additionally, you can create your own referral link to share with others. When someone uses your referral link to purchase a subscription, they will receive a discount, and you may earn rewards as a referee based on their referral activity.

2. Refund Policy

   All subscription purchases are final. Refunds, partial or full, are not offered under any circumstances.

3. Purchase Requirements

   Subscriptions must be purchased directly through our interface on wandbot.app. Any subscriptions obtained through unofficial or third-party methods are considered invalid and may result in loss of access without a refund. Any funds sent to the multisig that were not initiated through our interface on wandbot.app will be treated as donations and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Modifications to Terms and Pricing

   WandBot reserves the right to modify the subscription terms, including pricing and duration, at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to new subscriptions only. Existing active subscriptions will retain their original terms until expiration.

5. Access to Token-Gated Channels

   Subscription grants access to specific Telegram channels. Sharing or reselling access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and ensuring your access remains confidential.

6. Account Eligibility

   Subscriptions are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7. Termination of Access

   WandBot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Telegram channels if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or attempt to undermine the community.

8. Liability Disclaimer

   WandBot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Telegram channels. Access may be affected by factors beyond our control, including third-party platform issues or technical disruptions. WandBot is not liable for any financial or non-financial losses resulting from the use of its services.
